Steel cement raised access floor with anti-static HPL finish
Technical Specs
The anti-static flooring is made of high quality deep stretch coil steel sheet and SPCC steel sheet, which is punched, spot-welded, coated with epoxy powder after had been phosphorated. The panel is filled with foamed cement inside. After being kept for a period of time, it forms a stable support structure. The top sheet is stuck with anti-wear and antistatic HPL. And the panel is installed with stringer and pedestal.

Type1
Steel HPL panel with conductive PVC edge trim
Type2
Panel with monolithic edge trim will provide a finish with no joints. This is recommend in high demanding data centers.
Type3
“F” edge trim is inserted in between the steel panel and the surface finish. The inserted “F” edge trim is very firm and stable. HPL panel with “F” edge trim creates perfect installation effect with tiny seam, which can applied in high-grade compyter room.
Type4
HPL panel with imprinted edge. Collecting both advantages of PVC trim and monolithic edge trim panel. It will be suitable for data center.
Type5
Cornerlock laminate panel is designed for seismic requirement. The system is more rigid because the panel is not only supported by stringer but also lock down to the pedestals. A tailor made round chip of the floor finish material will cover the panel cornerlock holes beautifully.
